ABM 701 (5033)


ABM 701 (5033) is a commercial planetary mixer produced by the leading Italian manufacturer of professional bakery equipment, Angelo Po. It is designed for kneading, mixing and blending of doughs, batters, creams and sauces. The mixer has a 7.5 liter capacity and a 9-speed gear motor with a maximum power of 750W. ABM 701 (5033) is a dough improver that is used in the production of bread and is intended to optimise the dough. It alters the gluten structure of the dough to maximise the retention of carbon dioxide (generated by yeast or chemical leaveners).
