ABM 75 Frozen Dough Conditioner is a blend of natural oils, emulsifiers, and enzymes designed to condition frozen dough and improve the texture, flavor, and shelf life of the finished product. It is ideal for frozen dough products such as pizza crusts, breads, and pastries. It is also suitable for use in bread machines. It alters the gluten structure of the dough to maximise the retention of carbon dioxide (generated by yeast or chemical leaveners). It is vegan-friendly, non-GMO, and contains no artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, or trans-fats.
