Adlac E30


Adlac E30 is a preservative used in food products. It is a combination of sodium benzoate and propionic acid, and is used to keep food products from spoiling. It can be found in a variety of products including cereals, margarine, and dairy products. An component from the Adlac E line of egg replacements is called Adlac E30. This ingredient can be used in baked goods, quiches and tarts, desserts, snack foods, ready meals, mayonnaise, sauces, and dressings. It doesn't need to be refrigerated, has a shelf life of over 12 months, offers cost savings in recipes compared to whole egg powder, and can eliminate the need to list egg as an allergen.
