CHOCOFILL™ GP 40 is based on a range of different vegetable oils and different production technologies ensuring optimal product quality and the lowest achievable cost. On the label, CHOCO FILL™ GP 40 must be labelled as ”Hydrogenated vegetable oil.” It can be used for shortening for standard biscuit and wafer production and confectionery fillings.
