CHOCOFILL™ GP 50 is based on a range of different vegetable oils and different production technologies ensuring optimal product quality and the lowest achievable cost. On the label, CHOCO FILL™ GP 50 must be labelled as ”Hydrogenated vegetable oil.” It can be used for harder confectionery fillings like biscuit and wafer fillings-particularly when a softening ingredient (such as hazelnut paste etc.) is added.
