Cold Set Custard Powder (A4300) is a high-quality cold set custard that is perfect in trifles and cakes. This free flowing complete custard powder blend is ideal for bakery applications and is reconstituted at between 25 - 30% powder to 75 - 70% cold water/boiling water. Once reconstituted, this yellow custard has a creamy, sweet vanilla taste.
