Egglac 70

Egglac 70 is a free flowing powder complete egg replacer. This egg replacer blend is made entirely without egg, and is declared as milk protein, therefore removing egg declaration as an allergen from the label. One medium egg (50g) is equivalent to only 12.5g of this powdered egg replacer and 37.5g of water. This ingredient can be used in sponge cake, muffins, pastries, quiche, pasta, and mayonnaise.
