PreBioM

PreBioM is a natural prebiotic polysaccharide derived from proprietary tapping and harvesting of acacia Senegal, without spray drying process and maintains its natural activity without being modified in any way. This prebiotic hydrocolloid is tasteless, odorless, and contains no additives, and provides a wide range of functional properties in food applications. In addition, PreBioM is GMO-free and 85% prebiotic soluble fiber. Because of its low viscosity response in water, fiber levels of 6-8g per serving are achievable with little to no effect on the body of the beverage.
